CAOS-International Members

Members of CAOS-International who register as Regular Participants will benefit from a reduction of US$ 100.- Please go to http://www.CAOS-International.org/ to learn more about the advantages of a membership or sign-up to become a member instantaneously. Please note that no reduction can be granted when registering as Resident/Student or as Allied Health Professional.

Presenting Authors

One author of each accepted abstract must register for participation before April 6, 2009. Abstracts will be removed from the final program of the meeting if none of their authors will have registered by that date!

Banquet

Registration fees do not include access to the conference banquet (except for Accompanying Persons). You must register separately if you want to attend the banquet.

Accompanying Persons

Persons escorting a registered participant may register as Accompanying Persons at a registration fee of US$ 150.- Accompanying Persons may participate in all social events (incl. the banquet) but do not have access to the scientific program of the meeting.

Cancellation

If you need to cancel a previously completed registration, the following fees will apply:
