Instructions for poster presentations during the Millennium CAOS-Symposium
In order to allow the Symposium to flow smoothly, we would like each author
to keep in mind the following guidelines when preparing their presentations:
- There will be two poster sessions, one on each of the two main days of
the Symposium. Posters may be hung up early in the morning, but must be
removed from the poster booths by 7:00 p.m.
- Each poster has a number assigned according to the final program of the
Symposium (see http://cranium.unibe.ch/cas/caos.html).
Please use the poster booth that corresponds to this number for the
presentation of your poster.
- At least one of the authors of each poster must be available at the poster
booth during the poster session.
- The size of your poster must not exceed size A0 (88cm x 123cm).
Please let us know
beforehand whether your poster will be portrait of landscape formatted.
We would like to take this opportunity to remind everybody of several issues
which are related to the Symposium:

as a welcome reception, and a conference banquet (both are included in
the registration fee).

the ski season in Davos. Consequently, hotels are normally booked out some
